Ultimate Care Inc. (UCI) stands out as the preferred Foreign Nurse Recruitment Vendor by most of the hospitals owned by Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) and Baptist Health South Florida..

Currently, UCI has approximately three hundred (300) active nurse applicants whose papers are under different stages of VISA processing. These nurses are projected to arrive in the U.S. for job placement for the next fifteen months.

The combination of 300 Nurses in the pipeline and cash in business account will ensure of no cash flow problem for UCI to serve new clients. Also, UCI has never been involved in any lawsuit over the past eighteen years. UCI is in the business of medical personnel recruitment for one time placement fee, so there is no conflict of business interest.

General Requirements for Employers:

  1. The employer has a vacancy for the position/positions
  2. Employer has not laid off employees of the same position in the last 12 months
  3. Can attest that the employer can pay the wage offered (example: availability of corporate income tax for past year) and can justify the need of more employees to fill in the position/positions requested.
