Process
1. For us to initiate the visa process, the applicant should either have passed the NCLEX RN Examination and/or holder of the CGFNS Certificate
2. All required documents must have been submitted to us including the signed Recruitment Contract/Agreement between UCI and the applicant
3. UCI will find the applicant an employer/petitioner based on the applicant’s qualification.
4. UCI will file the visa application to USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) and the applicant will be notified and updated on the status of their application.
5. Our applicants will be guided and assisted all throughout the visa process until they are here in the U.S. and be able to start work on the assigned job site or facility where they'll be employed.

5. Copies of Diplomas (Nursing Diploma, High School Diploma)

7. Copy of NCLEX RN (passed) result

9. Professional License/s (RN license)
10. Copies of Training & Employment Certificates
11. Copy of (Biographic page) Passport
12. IELTS score report (if applicable)
13. Visa Screen Certificate (if available)
Timeline
We generally process the employment based (EB3) immigrant visa for nurses. The process approximately takes about 14-18 months.
We also process H1B (temporary working visa) for qualified nurses. We require nurses to have passed the NCLEX RN Exam and/or licensed in US, with Visa Screen Certificate and must have good experience in clinical area/s needed such as ICU, ER. The process takes approximately 3-4 months.
**For applicants who have not taken any qualifying exams or are still complying with the exam requirements, such as the NCLEX RN exam, IELTS, Visa Screen application, UCI will assist in the process and follow up of the application.
